#5: 3.2 quake: 3 Km W of Lucien, Oklahoma, USA, 21 Oct 2020 14:332 reports

An earthquake of magnitude 3.5 occurred in the morning on 21 October at 9.33 am local time near Lucien, Oklahoma, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported. According to preliminary data, the quake occurred at a very shallow depth of 0.9 km (0.6 miles). The magnitude, exact epicenter location and depth of the quake are likely to be revised within the next hours as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
Our monitoring service at VolcanoDiscovery also identified a second report from the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) which listed the quake at magnitude 3.4.
Based on the preliminary seismic data, the quake was probably felt by many people in the area of the epicenter. It should not have caused significant damage, other than objects falling from shelves, broken windows etc.
Towns and cities near the epicenter where the quake might have been felt, based on preliminary calculations, include Lucien (pop. 100) at a distance of 4 km (3 miles) with light shaking, Covington (pop. 600) at a distance of 8 km (5 miles) with light shaking, Enid (pop. 51,800) at a distance of 36 km (22 miles) with very weak shaking, Edmond (pop. 90,100) at a distance of 70 km (44 miles) with very weak shaking.

#6: 2.0 quake: 15km SSW of Trona, CA, USA, 22 Oct 2020 04:542 reports
#7: 2.0 quake: 15km ENE of Ridgecrest, CA, USA, 22 Oct 2020 12:002 reports
#8: 2.4 quake: 11km ESE of Willits, CA, USA, 22 Oct 2020 09:382 reports
#9: 3.2 quake: 23km NW of Ludlow, CA, USA, 22 Oct 2020 09:192 reports
#10: 3.2 quake: 13km SE of Bodfish, CA, USA, 22 Oct 2020 06:102 reports

An earthquake of magnitude 3.2 occurred late at night on 21 October at 11.10 pm local time in California near Bodfish, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported. According to preliminary data, the quake occurred at a very shallow depth of 2.1 km (1.3 miles). Magnitude and other quake parameters can still change within the next hours as the agency continues to process seismic data.
Our monitoring service at VolcanoDiscovery also identified a second report from the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) which listed the quake at magnitude 3.0.
Based on the preliminary seismic data, the quake should not have caused any significant damage, but was probably felt by many people as light vibration in the area of the epicenter.
Towns and cities near the epicenter where the quake might have been felt, based on preliminary calculations, include Bodfish (pop. 2,000) at a distance of 13 km (8 miles) with weak shaking, Squirrel Mountain Valley (pop. 500) at a distance of 14 km (8 miles) with weak shaking, Golden Hills (pop. 8,700) at a distance of 41 km (25 miles) with very weak shaking, Tehachapi (pop. 13,000) at a distance of 41 km (26 miles) with very weak shaking.
